Anyone know how i can fix my crosshairs? Ive got vista, and ive already done all the editted permissions to edit my game.cfg file. But every time i go to change my crosshairs it still shows up as the default one... but it was working before.. anyone know why? or can help me fix it?

Yeah Vista = Bad choice. Anyway, well you changed the permissions off, make sure they stay off. If it's not that then me and you both have the same problem. It went back to the default one a few days ago and i can't fix it.

Well the only time ive ever had a problem with it on XP/vista is when you try and change something while the game is running... because as soon as you exit it goes to its default setting it started up with.... basicly all i did was open up game.cfg in notepad change what i wanted and hit save and it worked like a charm.

u using a new .exe from nova? i had to keep changing mine b/c every time i tried a different .exe it'd reset itself. other than that, dunno why it'd be doin that :/

ever since i downloaded that .so pb it reset my crosshairs to default... now when i try to change the cross hairs in my game.cfg file it doesn't do anything

u can fix crosshair with pb... u must first install pb and later in file "game" search "xhair_appearance"... than delete the "1" and put another number...
